Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-886P, RNU6-1228P, and MIR610. Each is linked with USP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP22-to-partner and partner-to-USP22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-886P grouped by USP22-low versus USP22-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
