RNU6-886P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 886, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-886P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-886P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-886P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, RNU6-886P RNA expression shows 6,933 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight PAAD, PRAD, and HNSC as cancer lineages where RNU6-886P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-886P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-886P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (15). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-886P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-886P expression shows unfavorable associations in PAAD, COAD, CHOL, LIHC and KIRC, but favorable associations in LGG. The PAAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .003). Together, the overview and detailed table identify PAAD as the clearest survival context for RNU6-886P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-886P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-886P shows higher tumor expression in PRAD, LUAD and BRCA. The PRAD box plot shows higher RNU6-886P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.271, t-test p = .006).
