USP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,912 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF687, SETDB1, and UBAP2L. Each is linked with USP21 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP21-to-partner and partner-to-USP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP21 versus ZNF687 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
