Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIN3, ST8SIA5, and NALCN. Each is linked with USP21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP21-to-partner and partner-to-USP21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP21 versus RIN3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
