USP2-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP2-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-6P, RNU6-1155P, and MIR571. Each is linked with USP2-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-USP2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-6P grouped by USP2-AS1-low versus USP2-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
