Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,682 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM15B, PDIA4, and PRDX4. Each is linked with USP19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP19-to-partner and partner-to-USP19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP19 versus RBM15B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
