Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, SMCHD1, and NCAPG_S973. Each is linked with USP14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP14-to-partner and partner-to-USP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP14 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
