Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, RN7SKP221, and HNRNPH3P1. Each is linked with USP14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP14-to-partner and partner-to-USP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by USP14-low versus USP14-high in UCEC.
