Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RPL23AP84, and MIR6858. Each is linked with USP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP12-to-partner and partner-to-USP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by USP12-low versus USP12-high in UCEC.
