USHBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USHBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,386 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USHBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMRN2, PALM, and KANK3. Each is linked with USHBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-USHBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USHBP1 versus MMRN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
