Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USHBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,949 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USHBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD36, FAM110D, and RMST. Each is linked with USHBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-USHBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USHBP1 versus CD36 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
