USHBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USHBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USHBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1, MIR548D2, and MIR4790. Each is linked with USHBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-USHBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1 grouped by USHBP1-low versus USHBP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
