USB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,005 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSNK2A2, PSME3_S24, and C1R. Each is linked with USB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USB1-to-partner and partner-to-USB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USB1 versus CSNK2A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
