UROD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UROD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UROD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPLA1P1, TSPAN9-IT1, and MIR4774. Each is linked with UROD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROD-to-partner and partner-to-UROD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1P1 grouped by UROD-low versus UROD-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UROD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UROD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
