Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6C, OR5B2, and OR2T1. Each is linked with UQCRQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRQ-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRQ results are reported.
