UQCRQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UQCRQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,500 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA2, ZCCHC10, and HINT1. Each is linked with UQCRQ in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRQ-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCRQ versus NDUFA2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
