Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYC1, RPL8, and STX8. Each is linked with UQCRH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRH-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH versus CYC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
