Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LNCPRESS2, NIPA2P3, and RNU6-56P. Each is linked with UQCRH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRH-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRH results are reported.
