Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRH mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with UQCRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRH-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRH results are reported.
