UPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP72P1, MIR3661, and TERC. Each is linked with UPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPP2-to-partner and partner-to-UPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP72P1 grouped by UPP2-low versus UPP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
