Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4500, MIR8075, and MIR1227. Each is linked with UPK1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK1B-to-partner and partner-to-UPK1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4500 grouped by UPK1B-low versus UPK1B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
