UPF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eIF4G, and TFRC. Each is linked with UPF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF2-to-partner and partner-to-UPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by UPF2-low versus UPF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
