UNC79

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC79 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 740 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC79-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF125, LYG1, and FAM102B. Each is linked with UNC79 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC79-to-partner and partner-to-UNC79 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF125 grouped by UNC79-low versus UNC79-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC79→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC79) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
