UNC5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,316 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHROOM4, FBN1, and COL14A1. Each is linked with UNC5C in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5C versus SHROOM4 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
