UNC5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,297 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSN, SERPINF1, and TAGLN. Each is linked with UNC5C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5C versus GSN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
