Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEDC1, RAC3, and OR2D3. Each is linked with UNC5C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEDC1 grouped by UNC5C-low versus UNC5C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
