Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bcl-2, LKB1, and Stathmin. Each is linked with UNC5C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5C results are reported.
