UNC5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN1, CD300H, and OR6C2. Each is linked with UNC5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN1 grouped by UNC5C-low versus UNC5C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
