Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,723 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3PXD2A, COL1A1, and COL1A2. Each is linked with UNC5B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5B-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5B results are reported.
