Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,878 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRF2, DNM3OS, and MYLK. Each is linked with UNC5B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5B-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5B versus RASGRF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
