UNC45A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC45A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC45A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, IGF1R, and AKAP13_S983. Each is linked with UNC45A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC45A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC45A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC45A versus SIN3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC45A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC45A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
