Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,847 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC13A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3B2_S272, RPN1, and RPN2. Each is linked with UNC13A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC13A versus AP3B2_S272 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
