UNC13A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,145 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and GGT1. Each is linked with UNC13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC13A versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
