UNC13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,752 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPF1, ACOT8, and DVL1. Each is linked with UNC13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPF1 grouped by UNC13A-low versus UNC13A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
