UMPS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA50, QTRT2, and CCDC58. Each is linked with UMPS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMPS-to-partner and partner-to-UMPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UMPS versus NAA50 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
