UMODL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMODL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMODL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, A-Raf_pS299, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with UMODL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMODL1-to-partner and partner-to-UMODL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by UMODL1-low versus UMODL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMODL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMODL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
