Across TCGA cell cohorts, UMODL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,191 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UMODL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with UMODL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMODL1-to-partner and partner-to-UMODL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by UMODL1-low versus UMODL1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
