UMODL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UMODL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 537 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMODL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR33, SIGLEC12, and DUX4. Each is linked with UMODL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMODL1-to-partner and partner-to-UMODL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR33 grouped by UMODL1-low versus UMODL1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMODL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMODL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
