UMOD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMOD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,628 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMOD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEC_T3634, PLEC_T3785, and AKAP13_S790. Each is linked with UMOD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMOD-to-partner and partner-to-UMOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UMOD versus PLEC_T3634 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
