UMOD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMOD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, TIMM44, and POLR1F. Each is linked with UMOD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMOD-to-partner and partner-to-UMOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by UMOD-low versus UMOD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
