UMOD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UMOD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAI, SERPINA9, and CFB. Each is linked with UMOD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMOD-to-partner and partner-to-UMOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCAI grouped by UMOD-low versus UMOD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
