Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 648 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ULBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTATSF1P1, RNU6-1137P, and RNA5SP232. Each is linked with ULBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP2-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTATSF1P1 grouped by ULBP2-low versus ULBP2-high in COAD.
