ULBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,843 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, PSAT1, and RAB6B. Each is linked with ULBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP1 versus TOP2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
