UHRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,735 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with UHRF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF1-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
