UGT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, UBE2O, and VAV3. Each is linked with UGT8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT8-to-partner and partner-to-UGT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT8 versus TRIM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
