Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2B4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,827 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2B4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGB, UGT2B10, and FGA. Each is linked with UGT2B4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2B4-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2B4 results are reported.
