Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGT2B4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 803 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGT2B4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Maintenance of blood vessel diameter homeostasis by renin-angiotensin, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with UGT2B4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2B4-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2B4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by UGT2B4-low versus UGT2B4-high in LIVER.
