UGT1A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,852 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to L-phenylalanine derivative, Flavone metabolic process, and Regulation of cysteine-type endopeptidase activity involved in execution phase of apoptosis. Each is linked with UGT1A5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A5-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to L-phenylalanine derivative grouped by UGT1A5-low versus UGT1A5-high in KIRP.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
