UGT1A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINT1, SLC35A4, and SREBF2. Each is linked with UGT1A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A4-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HINT1 grouped by UGT1A4-low versus UGT1A4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
