UGT1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL163P, PPIAP27, and RN7SL492P. Each is linked with UGT1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL163P grouped by UGT1A1-low versus UGT1A1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
